When this all started... there was a lot of pizza and pasta going on in my house. Well, that and wine.

So the scale started shifting, up. Eek!

I wasn't too happy with that and made a change.

But it seems MANY of us have been having the same issue.

Comfort food, boredom, and stress have led to some weight gain.

Another trend that is happening now though... is people are turning it around.

More and more are eating healthier, working out more, and beginning to take the pounds off.
