Get Free Hershey Candy Bars During The Olympics

Hershey chocolate lovers … it's not just a day-dream rumor … it's true!

Every time Team USA gets a gold medal in the Winter Olympics, you could be rewarded with free, mouth-watering Hershey Gold bars.

The Winter Olympics kicked off last Friday as we all watched the opening ceremonies from PyeongChang, South Korea. As athletes from all around the world were introduced as they walked into the arena, did you notice that some countries have 2 or maybe 4 participants while the United States has a total of 242  athletes in the Winter Olympic games. That's the most there have ever  been for one country – whew!

To celebrate for the next two-plus weeks, Hershey's has released a new candy called the Hershey's Gold Bar and each time Team USA lands gold medal (up to 15), you can land free gold candy!

The company started a giveaway period last Friday, February 9thwith a post on Twitter and Facebook that started on Friday, February 9th.

The first 10,000 people who click on the link in each post will get a coupon for $1.50 off a Hershey's GoldBeing it's for each postthere could be up to 150,000 free candy bars up for grabs! Think about the exceptional athletes we have on Team USA like Nathan Chen, Shaun White and Mikaela Shiffrin to name just a few.

Coupons are given out on a first-come-first-serve basis, and each person can win a maximum of one bar.

So  just what is a Hershey Gold Bar? I saw them just the other day when I  was grocery shopping at Meijer. Even though we're used to Hershey being  known for it's milk chocolate bars, the Gold bar is the company's first new flavor in more than 20 years. It's a carmelized crème candy with big chunks of pretzels and peanuts in there. So if you're a fan of sweet and salty, the Hershey Gold Bar is just what you've been dreaming of!
